In February 2010, the Department of Energy General Counsel announced that all future determinations about the adequacy of the Nuclear Waste Fund Fee will be made available to the public on the DOE website, starting with a fee adequacy determination for 2008. The first publicly released fee adequacy determination is from 2008.
