- The TIP Advisory Board will accomplish its purpose through providing the TIP Director with advice on programs, plans and policies
of TIP; reviews TIP's efforts to accelerate R&D of challenging, high-risk, high-reward technologies in areas of critical
national need; reports on the general health of the program and its effectiveness, and provides guidance on appropriate investment
areas. The TIP Advisory Board provides an annual report to Congress.
