DIA employees deserve a safe and efficient physical work environment, wherever possible. The Agency’s physical infrastructure
must be effectively maintained and upgraded to take advantage of new technologies and processes in order to fully meet customer
requirements now and in the future. DIA will: • Establish a DIA facilities functional management capability and administer
the increasing size of the DIA workforce and additional locations using improved processes and interagency cooperation. •
Develop standardized processes to conduct and manage the inspection, integration, and oversight of DIA facilities and related
field sites.
