- The Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) works in support of and in harmony with the United States Coast Guard’s
missions and goals. Specifically, CTAC advises, consults with, and makes recommendations, including industry outreach approaches,
reflecting its independent judgment to the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard on matters concerning the safe, secure,
and environmentally sound marine transportation of hazardous material in bulk.
