We will improve the resilience and security of the domestic and intermodal transportation sectors including air cargo, passenger
aviation, rail, transit, highways, maritime, and pipeline modes. We will strengthen the transportation network and effectively
mitigate risk through an integrated systems approach that includes advancing foreign and domestic partnerships. We will continuously
enhance marine safety and stewardship, including the safety of life at sea and protection of key resources.
