We will guard against unlawful goods and activities entering the United States with minimal impact to legitimate trade. We
will prohibit the introduction of illegal drugs and goods, and other harmful materials and organisms. We will partner with
other agencies, foreign governments, and industry to share information and intelligence that will contribute to a safer America.
