We will reduce the risk of, and guard against, nuclear and radiological attacks in the United States. We will develop and implement measures aimed at preventing successful introduction of nuclear and radiological weapons into the United States, whether by air, land, or sea. We will develop and deploy systems and intelligence capabilities – both domestically and overseas – to detect and prevent nuclear or radiological attacks at our borders or within our Nation.
