Looking ahead, we can imagine coordinated local position, navigation, and timing (PNT); adaptive electronic warfare; manned and unmanned systems working in harmony; tactical cyber effects; and advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) - all woven together in ways that create decisive surprise in tomorrow's wars.
