82: Implement the Audiovisual Media Services Directive on cultural diversity

The Commission will ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive concerning cultural diversity, where appropriate through co- and self-regulation and request information from Member States on their application by the end of 2011.
