2.4: Agency Civic Engagement Plans

Require all agencies to submit plans within 120 days that outline how civic engagement will be incorporated into achieving their missions.

Other Information:

Within 180 days, agencies will produce a plan to integrate public involvement and collaboration into all relevant systems.
