Employ innovative and sustainable funding mechanisms to support future activities. Other Information:
Activities: a) Continue to study and develop long term sustainable approaches to the funding of standards development in Canada.
Lead: Council with input from specific SCC ACs as required b) Initiate dialogue with the appropriate department(s) of the
Government of Canada in order to address liability concerns of SDOs when standards or conformity assessment procedures are
referenced in federal regulations. Lead: SCC with input from SDOAC
