an effective induction into CEN for new Members; - promoting the CEN MemberFit programme in order to balance the needs and
interests of new and old CEN Members; - redefining the scope of the CA Consultative Committees for External Policy and Financial
Affairs to ensure they remain an effective tool in the decision-making process.
