CCAE members seek and derive benefits from the organization in addition to professional development. Canadian advancement forms a diverse community of interest that offers fellowship, a sounding board for issues, and examples of best practices. Through research, CCAE will assess member needs for services beyond PD and will develop plans to initiate or enhance appropriate services.
