People are motivated when they have meaningful work that is clearly aligned with organizational objectives. Through balanced
scorecards, managerial performance contracts and other performance management tools, BPA will establish clear objectives and
accountabilities. These will provide the foundation for appropriate systems to reward good individual and team performance
and to address poor performance.
