F2: Cost Recovery
BPA consistently recovers its costs over time. Other Information:
BPA sells cost-based wholesale power and transmission services at rates consistent with sound business principles that are
designed to fully recover the taxpayers’ investment in the FCRPS. We remain committed to meeting all of our financial obligations
in full and on time. BPA will measure its progress in recovering its costs by managing to sustain positive Net Revenues over
time and will maintain its Accumulated Modified Net Revenue at targeted levels.
