Strategic Plan elements supported: Cross-Goal Strategy 1-3: Results and Accountability, Innovation and Collaboration, and
Best Science Available Assumptions: EPA management and staff cooperate in piloting semantification of emails and documents
by providing public domain content, attendance at related meetings, conferences, and training is supported, and there is time
and resources to do these special projects in preference to work on goals 1 and 2.
