The adoption of common, standardised, modular business processes by government agencies is intended to eliminate or change duplicated, redundant and inefficient processes. This will require the re-use and sharing of existing systems. A repository will be established so that agencies can discover, publish and re-use information, business processes and systems in a trusted environment. One possible repository, GovDex, is being trialled by selected government agencies.
