1. Document business process cycles covering all agency activities, identify areas for improvement, and re-engineer business
processes as needed. 2. Improve collaboration and access to agency knowledge across the ACHP by actively engaging staff in
designing agency enterprise architecture. 3. Develop and implement information technology capital plan and integrate information
technology investments with agency operation and the needs of work processes. 4. Complete the migration to the Microsoft environment
with secure remote access for e-mail and electronic files. 5. Develop a business continuity and disaster recovery plan for
the agency’s hardware, software, and data files.
