Establish an International Committee within ACES to foster collaborative networks, formal relationships, and a clearinghouse for scholarship.

Other Information:

1. The ACES Web task force will create an international, user-friendly, section of the website (e.g., relevant sections of SPECTRUM) for the dissemination of this scholarship by October 2009.
