Actively identify and champion efforts to recruit a diverse student and faculty population for all counselor education programs and ACES membership.

1. Develop regional committees to develop guidelines for the recruitment of diverse students and faculty by April 2008 . 2. Regions will report on advancements of this goal by October 2009.
