is ever more invaluable in helping understand humanity's impact on our surroundings, thus empowering citizens and helping
leaders make better-informed decisions. Users interested in this area submitted ideas ranging from creating a website where
residents can text or upload photos that highlight city issues to building a comprehensive database of city projects and using
mobile phones to collect information about, and eventually be able to predict traffic and congestion patterns.
