development. This idea is inspired by many tax-related ideas from users around the world, including: replacing income taxes
with smart consumption taxes; tax discounts for citizens who participate in socially beneficial works; and giving citizens
more visibility and control into the allocation of their tax dollars. User ideas in this category highlight tax policy as
a perhaps surprisingly fertile area in which intelligent, data-driven analysis could make a huge difference in the effectiveness
of the public sector.
