- Successful capacity development activities should lead to measurable changes in knowledge, practices, products, and services
that improve the institutional environment in which development progress can be achieved. WBI supports capacity development
strategies and programs that are locally-owned.

- Extensive partnerships with governments, civil society organizations, professional networks, and private sector associations,
coupled with the use of technologies such as e-learning and the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), also enable us
to adopt a wholesale approach and take our programs to scale.
