Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). Since 1994, many projects have not been fully implemented due to budget constraints and declines in the workforce of the Forest Service,Bureau of Land Management and other regulatory and participating agencies that are mentioned in the Record of Decision. However, Provincial Advisory Committees remain steadfast in their commitment to deliver recommendations to implement the Northwest Forest Plan, as intended in the ROD of 1994.
