Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. All recommendations within the Deschutes National Forest and the Prineville BLM have been implemented. Recommendations regarding changes to the NWFP were not. Recommendations on the Standards and Guideline for Livestock Management were implemented; the FEIS for the Interior Columbia Basin Project reflected the recommendations made by the PAC.
