Select proposals to submit to the Open Standards Board.

Other Information:

Assessment/evaluation/decision phase -- Once we've gone through this process, the challenge owner will select one proposal to submit to the Open Standards Board. The Board will make the final decision on proposals, which we will publish here as adopted standards.
