- The OTS Mutual Savings Association Advisory Committee provides advice to the Director and staff of OTS regarding the ongoing
supervision of savings associations in the mutual form of organization. This committee supports one of the strategic goals
of the agency: To ensure a safe and sound thrift industry. The committee also supports one of the agency's priorities: To
accurately and promptly assess current conditions of, and emerging risks for, thrifts and holding companies.
