The Art Advisory Panel assists the Service in the review of Service-selected cases involving taxpayer valuations of art and
antiques. The Art Advisory Panel provides an essential service and is an extremely cost-effective vehicle in IRS's efforts
to deal with an area highly susceptible to abuse.
