Strategic Action Plan for Data Quality and Transparency of the Treasury Data Inventory: Introduction - The Office of Management and Budget’s Open Government Directive, Framework for the Quality of Federal Spending Information M-10-06, issued on December 8, 2009, instructs executive departments and agencies to take specific actions to implement the principles of transparency, participation, and collaboration. The Directive requires agencies to address the quality of Federal spending information; however, Treasury’s plan will address the quality of both financial and non-financial data to be made available to the public.
