The Financial Competency provides professional personnel who provide accurate, timely and valued financial services across
Team SPAWAR that are necessary to execute its programs, projects and efforts. The Competency is comprised of three Tier 2
Competencies: Cost Estimating, Business/Resource Financial Management, and Accounting and Budget. The Financial Competency
is a critical enabler in executing Team SPAWAR, Naval Information Dominance Enterprise (NIDE), and Department of Navy Mission
and Priorities.
