Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Over the years, the Buffalo District Advisory Council has provided advice and recommentions on SBA programs and services. This input has provided SBA on ways to strengthen competitiveness and sustainabilty in the small business communities in Western New York. SBA values committee advice and partnerships made throughout the years. Membership value is received from several key sectors such as small businesses, banking and finance, and community development.
