NAC members will examine the obstacles facing small businesses in their local area and recommend to SBA policies and programmatic
changes to help strengthen SBA’s programs and services. Such advice and recommendations should include but not be limited
to the following areas – government contracting, access to capital, export promotion, disaster assistance and technical assistance.
