- This Committee is created by statue to serve as an independent source of advise and policy recommendations to the SBA Administrator,
the SBA Associate Administrator for Veterans Business Development, the Congress, the President and other U.S. Policy makers.
The Committee is required to meet a minimum of three times each fiscal year and prepares an Annual Report which is distributed
to Congress, the President, SBA Administrator, and is available to the general public.
