Desired Outcome #1: Legislative Agenda

By FY 2013, SAA will identify its public policy priorities in a legislative agenda that 1) describes each priority in an “issue statement” that defines the challenge and explains SAA’s objectives related to it, and 2) includes an action plan for accomplishing each public policy objective.
