handled. Vote data are available and timely. ... both the House and Senate produce vote information in XML, which is useful
for computers and the Internet. Both houses also use unique identifiers for their members, though they're not so good at indicating
who those unique IDs refer to. (The House does not have a list-of-people
database, and the Senate uses lis_member_ids rather than Bioguide IDs.) Overall, though, voting data are pretty well
handled.
