7.1: EU Licence
Use the public licence of the European Union. Other Information:
One.- In order to comply the licensing conditions expressed herein, the entities envisaged in Article 2 shall preferably use
for the open source computer applications the public licence of the European Union approved by the European Commission, known
by the EUPL acronym, version 1.1 or above, which shall not prevent them from using other licences that include the aforementioned
licensing conditions. While they shall preferably use the Creative Commons-Attribution-ShareAlike licence, known by the CC-BY-SA
acronym, version 3.0 or above, for the associated documentation.
