2.- Therefore, the Directorate responsible for information and telecommunication systems shall prepare the standard clauses
to be included in such procurement processes, which shall be generally applicable after their approval by the Government Cabinet
and pursuant to the report by the Advisory Board of the Administrative Procurement of the Basque Autonomous Community, and
their subsequent publication in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country.
