The ENG Advisory Committee is organized and facilitated on topics in two specific areas,COV and general advice. The Advisory
Committee receives COV reports in advance of the meeting, discusses the reports at the meeting, recommends adjustments, and
approves the report. General advice and information is provided on a variety of topics including the Director's special issues,
NSF and ENG budgets, ENG Programs, and NSF initiatives.
