NCL increases the capacity of people to solve problems by working together. Through the Community Services program, NCL provides
technical assistance, training and tools for people to address society's toughest challenges. Recent projects have promoted
community engagement in fiscal sustainability, transportation oriented development, environmental stewardship, racial equity,
and immigrant integration.
