The NASA Advisory Council and its nine committees receive reports, briefings, and plans across the breadth of Agency programs,
projects, policies and issues. The Council takes these reports and develops observations, findings and recommendations for
Agency consideration. The recommendations are formally evaluated by the Agency and official agency responses to these recommendations
are transmitted back to the Council
