- The Advisory Committee on the Presidential Library-Foundation Partnerships normally meets at least annually to provide the
Archivist of the United States, who is responsible for the administration of the system of Presidential Libraries, with advice
and suggestions for new approaches and new programs to be undertaken by existing Presidential Libraries, and with guidance
in the development of new Presidential Libraries. The Advisory Committee's assistance has been particularly useful in discussions
of future financing of the libraries and the relationship between the libraries and their support organizations.
