record of human creativity/accomplishment and national treasures. Performance Measures: 1. Number of collection items by subject,
format, and language. 2. Number of collection items under baseline inventory control. 3. Number and nature of items preserved.
4. Storage capacity as a percentage of storage requirements. 5. Number of collection items accessible to the Library through
partnerships. 6. Number of content partnerships.
