1. A motion to accept the minutes of the 7–8 September 2010 meeting was seconded and approved unanimously. 2. A motion to
accept the report of the NCAB Ad hoc Working Group To Create a Strategic Scientific Vision for the National Cancer Program
and Review Progress of the National Cancer Institute was seconded and approved unanimously with the caveat that the report
be amended to include “environmental science” in the list of interactions for the cancer prevention program. 3. A motion to
