1: Recommandations

The establishment of the Committee was mandated by legislation. The implementing agencies must issue a report to Congress in March 2015 on the national evaluation of the MIECHV program and must incorporate the advice of the Committee in the various phases (design, implementation, progress and findings) of such evaluation.
