- The Advisory Committee reviews and makes recommendations regarding Title VII, section 747 and 748 grant programs. These programs
are the major vehicle for influencing the content and capacity of primary care education and training in the United States.
These programs support training of primary care medicine and dentistry professionals that emphasizes providing health care
for underserved populations and eliminating disparities in health outcomes.
