The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Special Emphasis Panel (Panel) reviews grant and cooperative agreement
applications and contract proposals for research projects and for research and training activities in the broad areas of allergic
and immunologic diseases and disorders, transplantation, vaccinology, microbiology and infectious diseases, including tropical
diseases, AIDS and AIDS-related research.
