To increase the capacity of stakeholders -- in particular civil society, labor unions and local authorities -- to engage in constructive dialogue with local and multi-national businesses on their environmental, social and economic performance, on the basis of sustainability reporting.

Other Information:

Capacity-building in the field should enable the creation of multi-stakeholder approaches that are specific to developing countries.
