Key Efforts: Help strengthen the strategic plans of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and the National Intergovernmental Audit Forum to facilitate effective use of resources. Advance and support implementation of the INTOSAI Donors Funding Initiative and Capacity Building Goal to expand capacity building in the international accountability community. Enhance GAO’s current business model for providing capacity building to the domestic audit and accountability community to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Enhance GAO’s current business model for providing capacity building to the national audit offices in developing countries to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage technology to assist in capacity-building efforts in the domestic and international accountability community to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
