PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS In FY 2010, the FTC filed advocacy comments on a range of competition issues, including gas pricing, electricity competition issues, and competition in medical, dentistry, and veterinary services. The FTC also filed amicus briefs on pay-for-delay settlements and patent issues, among others.
