Target exceeded. In FY 2010, the agency cooperated on over 25 cases with jurisdictions such as the European Union, Canada,
Mexico, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom and obtained compatible outcomes in each case. While the agency will continue
to strive for 100% success, the target reflects the possibility of inconsistent outcomes, particularly as new antitrust agencies
come on line. However, at this time the FTC believes that the target remains appropriate. Data Source: Information on the
